- For branding projects, not much! It’s important that you have already decided on a business name and have a good idea of your offerings.
- For website projects that do not include a branding package with us, you should have at the very least 1 main logo design and a brand guideline outlining your brand colors and fonts. If you do not have these items, we can provide this service for an extra fee.
- Ideally, you have brand photography / headshots to use or are actively working to have a photoshoot scheduled. These photos could include lifestyle shots or behind-the-scenes photos, photos of your office/studio, and headshots of you and your team. If necessary, we can often supply stock photos for your website design, but we highly recommend having at least one headshot of each team member.
We would love to start on all projects as soon as you book, however, our availability varies depending on other projects that are already going on and the scope of your specific project. We recommend reaching out to us at least 1-3 months in advance of your ideal launch date in order to ensure we finish your project on time for you! Please mention any specific launch dates you have in mind when you schedule your consultation call.
We design websites primarily for WordPress, Squarespace, Showit, and Webflow.
It’s common for our clients to bundle branding and website design packages. In general, clients typically spend between $6,000-$14,000 on package bundles.
Yes! Most of our client projects are paid in 3-4 payment installments. We require the first payment upfront in order to begin your project and to reserve your spot in our calendar. All remaining payments are divided equally and are due monthly along your estimated project timeline. For example, if a total project cost is $10,000, the first payment due upfront would be $2,500 and the following 3 payments of $2,500 would be due on each consecutive month.
We want to make sure you are fully supported from start to finish with your website project! Once we transfer your site to you, we offer 30 days of tech support to make sure we are available to help with any further questions or the rare occasion when something breaks and needs fixing. Note that 30-day tech support only includes technical repairs and does not include changes to the layout or design of the website. If you have additional requests, changes, or something that breaks after your 30 days of support, we can provide additional support at our hourly rate of $100/hour.
Yes! We can help with as-needed changes and updates as they come up and we simply charge our hourly rate of $100/hour. We also offer custom retainer maintenance packages upon request.
Yes! We provide custom training videos for every project to walk you through all the unique aspects of your website. We do our best to fully equip you with everything you need to be able to manage your website well. Keep in mind that some website platforms have more of a learning curve than others. If it’s important to you to be able to maintain your website yourself, please let us know and we will direct you to a platform that would be most user friendly for you. Otherwise, you're welcome to hire us to help with as-needed changes and updates as they come up and we simply charge our hourly rate of $100/hour.
